How to become a co-owner of this project
 
If you are interested in becoming a co-owner of this wellness, ecology and profit generating business, the following information is important:

 

1.      Today we are in the stage of gathering enough co-owners to share the construction, furnishing and start up costs of the project. In other words, we are seeking people with the capacity and willingness to invest in packages of US$ 27,000 approximately (rate of exchange fluctuates). This price is subject to be revised at any time without prior notice. Today we are reaching the first 200 co-owners of the project.

2.      This price can be paid in quotas during 2010, without interest, directly to Fiduciaria Central because the co-ownership of the whole project is backed up through fiduciary trust rights emitted by a public financial institution under the surveillance of the colombian government, as any other colombian bank.

3.       Your payments will earn fiduciary interest (better than savings interest) up to the moment our breakeven point to start construction is reached. If this point is not reached the trust fund itself will refund to the co-owner 100% of the principal paid and 100% of its earned interest.

4.      Additionally, up to now, co-owners and their guests are entitled to spend up to 20 hotel nights at a 40% discount on all services. This priviledge can be modified or eliminated at any time without prior notice.

5.      The hotel, Spa, restaurant and meeting halls profitability is estimated at least at a 29% p.a. This is about 8 and 9 times what a savings account produces in Colombia today.

6.      Construcción is programmed in 18 months from the moment the point of equilibrium is met (currently scheduled for August, 2010). Therefore, inauguration is scheduled for 1Q 2012.
