THE ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN is the creation of the famous architects Konrad Brunner & Gustavo Perry, both former Presidents of the Colombian Socienty of Architects. Each has more than 34 years of professional experience. They have created over one million of square yards of beautiful projects in Bogotá, such as: Hayuelos Mall, several Compensar buildings, and the Children's Park of Los Lagartos Club, etc. They are also proud Co-owners of ALUNA SPA RESORT & CONVENTION CENTER SUBACHOQUE.
SUPPORT FROM THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES: On July 2nd., 2008, we officially presented the initial version of the project to the Major of Subachoque, his team and the City Council. They unanimously approved it and granted it access to all public services. We will submit the final project as soon as we have the required number of investors to start construction. We will meet all --and exceed several-- of the strict municipal construction requirements and regulations.
